Our office manager will review your insurance coverage with you to help you maximize your dental benefits. As a courtesy to you, we will file your insurance claims and assist you in every way we can. Patients will be asked to pay any yearly deductible and co-pay at each appointment. We estimate your portion based on the most up-to–date information we have, but it is only an estimate. If you would like to know your exact insurance benefit, we will be happy to file a “pre-treatment authorization” with your insurance company prior to treatment. This does delay your treatment but will give you the exact out-of-pocket figures you may require. Most insurance pays within 4 to 6 weeks, but please remember, you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office, regardless of your insurance coverage .
Presently, we are an In-Network provider for the following insurances : Anthem 300, Anthem Flex/Plus, Delta Dental Premier, Guardian Dental Guard Preferred Plus, Cigna PPO and Aetna Dental Extend.
